Mechanical Reliability Engineer

A major industrial player undergoing modernization is looking for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team of around 5 people on site in Nivelles. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will actively contribute to the reliability and performance of production equipment in a highly technical environment.

As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines
• Diagnosing mechanical faults and proposing appropriate solutions
• Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
• Reading and interpreting technical plans to ensure precise interventions
• Recording operations in internal tracking tools for traceability
• Following and promoting safety guidelines across the site

About you:

• Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or an equivalent field
• Significant experience in industrial maintenance (3 to 5 years preferred)
• Comfortable reading technical plans and troubleshooting faults
• Strong awareness of safety standards and teamwork
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced teams
