A major industrial player undergoing modernization is looking for a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team of around 5 people on site in Nivelles. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will actively contribute to the reliability and performance of production equipment in a highly technical environment.
As a Mechanical Reliability Engineer, your main responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on production lines
- Diagnosing mechanical faults and proposing appropriate solutions
- Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
- Reading and interpreting technical plans to ensure precise interventions
- Recording operations in internal tracking tools for traceability
- Following and promoting safety guidelines across the site
About you:
- Technical training in mechanics, electromechanics, or an equivalent field
- Significant experience in industrial maintenance (3 to 5 years preferred)
- Comfortable reading technical plans and troubleshooting faults
- Strong awareness of safety standards and teamwork
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced teams
